27posts · Joined 2012. #1 · Sep 7, 2012 (Edited) Experience Sharing: My 2011 GC Overland Summit Hemi 4x4 developed a tick tick exhaust leak which was discovered during the most recent oil change at 33k miles. After searching this sight, I learned that the problem is common, but I couldn't find a post for the newer cars.

Hadsame issue with mine! also 5.7 Hemi WK2 2011 with Ripp SC. The part 5 section of the pipe comes without any (seal)gasket but use part 6 as a sleeve. The leak is always between gaskets of part 7 and 3 with resonator. the best fix will be either new gasket or as i did , to apply high temp exhaust silicon on the gasket and refit.
